Recommend Individualized Career Pathways
Overview
Our career transitions model can provide individualized career pathway recommendations for each job seeker.
Our model looks at more than 1,000 potential occupations to provide a shortlist of best fit careers. It does this by taking in information about the job seeker to infer their skills. Then, it compares their skills to the skills needed to transition into another occupation.
For more information on how our modeling works, head to the Modeling Approach section.
