Overview
Employers or organizations serving employers can identify internal pathways and opportunities for upward mobility for current employees with the goal of improving retention.
Our model take in an employee profile assessing their prior work experience, skills, education and credentials to determine additional roles in which they are likely to be successful. We also provide a skills report which indicates skill gaps the employer may need to address though learning and development programs.

API Endpoint

The Occupation Classification endpoint can be used to align the job titles at an organization with the occupational categories returned by the our engine. This allows mapping of standardized job titles to organization-specific job titles, which can be share with end-users.
