Recommends source of talent from which employer may wish to recruit for a given role.
Use this endpoint to suggest sources of talent for employers filling hard to fill roles. It take an occupation as an input and returns a list of relevant occupations and an associated match for each occupation. Matches consist of a match score assessing the fit between a potential candidate in the recommended source occupation and the inputted role, and a skills report which identifies likely skill overlaps and skill gaps.
Additional Notes:
- Formatting Inputs: This endpoint takes ONET occupation codes as inputs. Use the Occupation Classification endpoint to standardize a job title into an occupation code.
