Evaluates the fit for a set of candidates against a job.
Use this endpoint to provide candidate evaluations to hiring managers or recruiters. This endpoint accepts one or more candidates and a single job and returns matches for each pair. A match consists of a match score assessing the fit between a candidate and the job and a skills report which identifies skill overlaps and skill gaps.
Additional Notes:
- Feedback Collection: Evaluate Candidates Feedback can be used to collect and share user feedback on the results of this endpoint.
- Empty Skills Report: In rare cases, the returned evaluation may not list any skill overlaps or gaps in the skills report. We suggest presenting users with the following error message when this occurs:
We were unable to complete a skills analysis for this application. This is usually related to difficulty analyzing skills related to the specific job title, and does not indicate a problem with the match score. - Dates: If both are populated within an object,
start_datecannot be afterend_date.
