Data protection regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grant individuals the right to request deletion of their personal data. To support AdeptID customers in fulfilling these data subject access requests (DSARs), AdeptID provides the data-subject-deletion-requests endpoint.

AdeptID customers use this endpoint to request the deletion of a specific candidate profile from AdeptID’s systems by providing the candidate_id and, when applicable,organization_id associated with the data. Within 90 days of receiving a valid request, AdeptID deletes all stored data associated with the specified candidate, including candidate profile data, associated outcomes records, and any API transaction log entries.
