Records feedback from users about results that we returned for scores relating to a candidate.
This endpoint enables AdeptID and its partners to collect feedback on match results. It accepts metadata related to a specific match operation as input and logs the feedback in AdeptID's internal system.
Additional Notes:
The typical user experience involves adding feedback call to action such as a like/dislike icons to the match results. User may click on this on a second turn, offer feedback of one of the following types: 'accurate', 'too_high', 'skills_inaccurate', or 'other'. Users may also offer free-text responses.
