Job Search and Match Release

AdeptID has released an AI-powered job search endpoint which allows our customers to build job board experiences with the following features:
- AI-powered Profile to Job Matching: Build an experience where a job seeker (or student) can match to a set of available jobs based on a their inputted skills, work experience, and education. The resulting matching outputs can range from a generated list of matches to more detailed assessments and reports.
- Customizable Filtering: Build a set filters and search criteria that make finding the right job match easier and more personable for job seekers (or students).
Why did we do this work? We wanted to:

- are looking to make job search simpler and more personalized. Our job search tools can automatically match candidates to jobs based on their resume. Our AI goes beyond keyword matching to provide more good options for job seekers.
- have their own database of jobs and want to recommend those job to job seekers, students etc.
- want to match their users with jobs from an AdeptID provided feed containing millions of currently open positions.

Job Feed Creation and Management
Create a Job Posting, Retrieve Job Posting, Update Job Posting, and Delete Job Posting enable partners to manage their database of jobs, searchable via Job Search

Job Search
Job Search enables partners to search for open jobs (from their database or AdeptID's) that best fit for a specific candidate. For training provider partners, the recommended jobs can be tailored to consider both a job seeker's prior experience and the new skills that they have acquired through training.

Evaluate Jobs is a great way to conduct matching and ranking against a set of jobs in a job board
