Integration Release: Bullhorn v1.0

We're excited to announce we have released an integration of AdeptID's matching solution into Bullhorn!

Overview:

The integration increases efficiency for recruiters by sorting candidates based on match score while ensuring transparency of candidate fit and competencies via AdeptID's match report.

Our integration scores each applicant for a role and displaces that information in a custom AdeptID tab which lists candidate, current role, match score, and other data used for candidate screening

Which Candidates Are Scored?

The Bullhorn integration scores candidates who have applied to a role on the web or who have been nominated for a role by a recruiter. Cron jobs which run every 5 minutes check for new candidates and score them accordingly. Candidates can also be scored on demand using the “refresh data” and “get narrative” buttons in the top left of the AdeptID tab in the UI.

What is the Typical Recruiter Workflow & Demo Workflow?

See Demo

The typical workflow to use the AdeptID integration is to navigate to a role and use the AdeptID tab to screen candidates in descending order of Match Score.

  • Navigate to the job in question.
  • Go to the AdeptID tab to see the list of candidate submissions.
  • Screen candidate in descending order of match score. The current company and job title are visible on the AdeptID tab. The resume and match details are visible in the flyout (click actions > preview submission) and the full candidate information is available by clicking on the candidate name.
  • Candidates can then be moved to the appropriate disposition (e.g., reject, client submission, etc.) either from the “Match Details” flyout or from the action menu on the main screen.

How to deploy the solution?

To deploy the solution for a client we perform the following steps:

  • AdeptID collects an API key and a temporary user login to the client’s Bullhorn instance.
  • AdeptID/Newbury Partners reviews the clients instance to confirm the following:
    • The skills, work history, etc. are populating from clients resumes.
    • That relevant custom fields are not used for other purposes (AdeptID stores the match JSON in a BH field).
    • The volume of the backlog of candidates for currently open positions will not choke the system.
    • Newbury Partners creates a new instance of the back end in AdeptID’s AWS system.
    • Newbury Partners deploys the app.
