Avionte Integration Release

We have released an integration of AdeptID’s matching solution into Avionte.

Our integration scores each applicant for a role, and saves the match score category as a “tag” and the match report as an “activity” in the Avionte system.

Which Candidates are Scored?

The Avionte integrations use webhooks to score candidates who have applied for a role on the web or have been nominated by a recruiter.

How are candidates scored?

We score across four match categories: ‘Very High’, ‘High’, ‘Medium’, and ‘Low’ which are stored as “tags”.

Match scores and match reports are stored as ”activities”. To enable candidates to be evaluated for multiple roles, tags are included within a tag category called "AID - " and activities include the job title in the activity name.

What is the Typical Recruiter Workflow?

The typical workflow to use the AdeptID integration is to select candidates with Talent Tags for the role under consideration.

• Click on the Talent Tab.
• Click on the Talent Terms button and select Tags.
• Select a role looking for the AID - Job Title category.
• Select one or more match score categories. (If selecting multiple categories be sure to use the OR operator)
• Click on the magnifying glass to run the search.
• To review the match reports, open individual candidates and view the activities of type "AdeptID Match".
